Activities

• Plan and conduct "research focus" workshop - (Stakeholder workshop for research problem identification)
• Identify and recruit of research team members (1 multidisciplinary research group)
• Plan and conduct a research team building workshop (back to back with 3.2.3)
• Develop research protocols and detailed implementation plan (back to back w 3.1.3)
• Implement research according to plan (include scientific writing)
• Plan and conduct research communication and uptake seminar for internal and external stakeholders
• Disseminate research findings with stakeholders ( manuscript writing, conference papers, stakeholder meetings)
• Conduct workshop on proposal development
• Develop materials and conduct specialized training training for staff PhDs
• Provide research support to accelerate staff PhD programme completion
• Conduct training workshops for staff with PhDs (PostDocs)
• Implement x number of exchange visits
